Secondary Welding Process
We are capable of joining plastics by two different methods- hot plate and ultrasonic welding. Our ultra sonic welder is capable of welding up to 3000 watts. It allows us to perform both structural or hermetic seals.
CNC Milling
Reeves Plastics has a CNC mill capable of holding all types of part sizes and materials. Our table is able to travel 30.00 x 16.00 x 20.00 with high speed spindle speeds up to 8100 RPM.
